One Page Dungeon

The coming of Sorg

In this work, done with some colleagues from my degree, we built a level from a One Page Dungeon from the Trilema Adventures blog called "The coming of Sorg".


Our goal was to create a level for a fictional videogame with a progression, primary and secondary objectives (Golden and Critical path), a cadence, enemies and a final boss with three phases.

During the level we put into practice several elements of player guidance such as paths, gates, movements of elements like air and breadcrumbs justified with environmental storyteling.

The level was made in Unreal 5, using free assets from the store. We also make a GDD of the level, in which we detail our intentions, an explanation of the process and a post-mortem.
