Three-act story

Three-act story told through environmental storytelling

The main goal of this project was to tell a story in three acts solely with environmental storytelling. Each act takes place in a different scene and in each scene there are multiple micro-stories that together create the main plot.

For the development of this project I used Unreal Engine 5.1 to create the scenes, Blender to make some of the models and Substance Painter to texture them.

This project allowed me to put into practice a lot of knowledge in the design field (level design, story structure, environmental storytelling...), in the artistic field (3D modelling, texturing, lighting, scene composition...) and in the technical field (programming with nodes, Nanite operation...).

It also allowed me to better understand and improve my skills with Unreal Engine 5.1 giving me a better understanding of how to work with this powerful engine.

This project is available for download on Itch.io and is playable from start to finish.
